Our Story

The Bazaart journey started in 2012 by three guys: Stas, Uri and Dror and
a girl, Gili. Our goal at the time was to create a personalized fashion catalog, that adapts to your taste, and you can shop from. 

The first version of the app contained an “outfit tool” (or so we thought) that allowed people to choose a few photos, remove the background, combine them into a collage and share it on the app. 

What people actually did with it took us by surprise. They created birthday cards, funny photos, and even art. We quickly understood that under the fashion catalog’s hood, an entirely different product was emerging.

Bazaart gives people design superpowers, so they can create anything they need from wherever they are. And the best part? No design experience required!

In the years that passed, we went back to the drawing board and pivoted into the creativity domain. We built a team of talented amazing people, and together transformed that modest app into the full blown design platform it is today, where people can create photos, videos and graphics, on mobile or web.

People from all walks of life use Bazaart. Some use it to create personal designs, like family collages, invitations, or hilarious memes. Others use it to grow their business, making social media posts, product photos, flyers or logos. And then there’s those who go all in and use it to create stunning works of art. In addition, Bazaart is used in schools around the world to help kids learn art and science in an entirely new way.
